These elements offer great resistance to the alloy against chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. It provides great strength and is generally used temperatures up to 600° F. It shows high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and superior sulphide stress corrosion resistance. The alloy has good weld ability and offers easy workability.
